Your missions
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, in collaboration with the HR Manager, you are responsible for developing and implementing our talent acquisition strategy, providing a best-in-class candidate experience. Your tasks include :
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in various roles, the majority being tech-centric roles
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and educate them on best practices in recruitment
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and making an offer
- Build and maintain a strong employer brand to position Wiremind as an employer of choice in the industry
- Oversee and manage relationships with external recruitment agencies and job boards to ensure effective use of resources
- Utilize data-driven insights to optimize recruitment processes and improve hiring metrics
Your profile - You have 3 to 5 years of successful sourcing and recruiting experience either in a recruitment firm and/or in-house recruitments in a fast-paced context
- You have experience with both inbound and outbound profiles
- You are able to prioritize your work and have a strong customer-centric mindset
- You have a strong knowledge of startup and SaaS culture/landscape, in particular for technical profiles
- Fluent in English and French, with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in leveraging social media, community sites, and internet sourcing platforms to find hard-to-reach candidates
- Well-organized, structured and ability to work on numerous recruitments simultaneously
