As a Talent Acquisition Manager (Growth/Corpo/Ops), your mission at Qonto will BE to find, attract, and hire the best profiles for our Growth / Corporate / Operations teams in four markets (France, Spain, Italy, and Germany). Your work will help us create better and faster solutions for our clients.
You'll BE working closely with our hiring managers, candidates, and sometimes recruitment agencies.
As a Recruiter at Qonto, you will
- Manage the hiring process from beginning to end, collaborating with our growth, corporate, and operations teams to understand their needs and the skills they're looking for.
- Find and attract the perfect candidates for our team.
- Guide candidates through the hiring process, giving them a great experience and acting as a trusted coach.
- Build strong relationships with our business teams who will BE your main stakeholders
- Use data to make decisions and improve how you recruit. You'll use tools like Tableau and Lever to understand and improve your work.

About your future manager
Your manager will BE Joshua, our Lead Talent Acquisition Manager for Growth, Corporate, and Operations at Qonto.
Joshua has a robust background in Talent Acquisition, having honed his expertise over several years in the industry. He began his career at Euro London Appointments, where he developed a knack for recruiting multilingual talent across Europe. His journey then continued at AB Tasty, a global provider of customer experience optimization software
Since joining Qonto, Joshua has progressed from Talent Acquisition Manager to Lead Talent Acquisition Manager, overseeing significant hiring initiatives and contributing to Qonto's dynamic growth.
As a manager, Joshua is known for his genuine care and kindness towards his team members. He prioritizes creating a supportive environment where individuals feel valued and empowered to contribute their best.
About You
- Experience : You have a first successful experience in Recruitment, specifically focusing on business profiles. This experience could have been gained in-house or within a recruitment agency.
- Organizational Skills : You're a hands-on professional with the ability to multitask and effectively prioritize daily responsibilities. You are an organized individual who can follow established hiring processes at the right pace.
- Problem-Solving Abilities : You are a resilient individual who faces challenges head-on. You see obstacles not as barriers, but as opportunities for inventive solutions.
- Communication Skills : You have a compelling presentation style, as you will represent Qonto to potential hires. Great communication and interpersonal skills are a must.
- Language Proficiency : You are fluent in English. Proficiency in French, German, Spanish, Italian, Portuguese or Dutch is a strong plus.
