As a Senior Data Lead, you will BE an integral part of the global digital services team, working within the "Digital Performances & Sustainability" unit, responsible for various aspects of digital data within the organization. You will report to the head of the Digital Performances & Sustainability department.
As the guardian of analytical digital data collection across our diverse services, you will ensure its quality, security, and adherence to privacy regulations. Your responsibilities will extend to managing tagging plans, overseeing their evolution, and making this data accessible through dashboards.

Your Main Responsibilities :
Web Analytics :
TMS and CMS management
Oversight of tagging plans and their evolution
Implementation of various partner tags (client-side and server-side)
User data privacy and consent management
Analysis of various KPIs and dashboard creation
Support Customer Journeys Optimization :
UX research program in collaboration with internal and external partners
Proposing onsite improvements based on provided analyses
Technological Innovation & Watch :
Monitoring technological and regulatory developments related to web data collection
Project Management :
Agile project management (Scrum/SAFe, sprint planning, increments, etc.) in collaboration with Product and Technical teams
Coordination with internal teams (Managers, Developers, Data Engineers, Data Analysts, Business Intelligence, etc.)
Oversight of external technical agencies (Data or others)
Adherence to deadlines

Requirements :
Degree in engineering, mathematics/statistics, or equivalent (Bachelor's +4/5) with professional experience as a Web Analyst
Fluent in English, both spoken and written

Strong interpersonal skills with empathy
