We're looking for an outstanding Senior Data Analyst in Paris to join our growing Core Data Analytics team. As a Data Analyst on the centralized data team, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Front, including our Sales team, Business Operations, Sales Operations, Finance and more, to help Front make data-driven decisions across cross-functional initiatives. Additionally, you will support the growth and scale of our data team by improving the design and structure of our data mart and data warehouse set-up.
What will you BE doing?
- Support data-driven decision making within our sales team and across cross-functional initiatives in partnership with Sales and Business Operations
- Identify insights and make actionable recommendations through exploratory analysis across all parts of our data, including prospect, customer, user, financial and internal people data
- Develop and monitor key metrics measuring the overall health of our business
- Support internal data automation and enablement efforts in partnership with the data engineering team by improving the usability of our data mart and warehouse set-up
- Build internal tools that support the analytical needs of functional data analysts

What skills & experience do you need?
- 4+ years of experience in a quantitative role, e.g analytics, consulting, data science, or an equivalent analytical role conducting quantitative analysis on large datasets
- Bachelor's, Master's or equivalent in a quantitative field (e.g. Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, etc.)
- Proficiency using SQL to query large data sets, with a strong understanding of statistics and experimentation
- Familiarity with Python strongly preferred

Hybrid : This position requires being in-office 2 days per week (Tuesdays and Thursdays)
