Your missions
* Collaborate and coordinate the project installation engineering team : ensure that all documents required for operations are delivered in accordance with the project schedule and O&G standards.
* In liaison with the Marine team, ensure that all tools required for installation meet project specifications and are delivered in time for mobilization of the installation vessel.
* Draft one or more installation procedures required for the marine operations campaign (e.g. installation of backbones/main trunks, branches, Y-Splices, subsea nodes, etc.).
* Define specific tooling requirements for the installation of the associated product in collaboration with the marine engineering project team and the marine tooling engineering team.
* Prepare the documents required for the Risk Assessments planned on the project : HAZID, HAZOP, Marine readiness review and participation in the QHSE risk analysis and preparation of the corresponding JSA (Job Safety Analysis).
* Define the resources required for operations, including personnel, equipment and installation vessel, and coordinate their mobilization/demobilization with the internal departments and subcontractors concerned.
* Define requirements for the mobilization of operational equipment.
* Participate in the planning and possibly attend pre-operational trials of the project's installation campaign.
* Possibly participate in the mobilization of installation vessels and offshore operations.
* Participate in the drafting and/or review of the marine operations report and Lessons Learned/Experience Feedback of the installation campaign.
* Participate in the identification and mitigation of risks associated with the installation of the system(s).

Recruitment process

Your profile :
* With an engineering degree or university education (Bac +5), you have significant experience in offshore installation (minimum 2-3 years experience).
* Ability to interface with engineers for installation analysis and review of installation analysis reports
* Previous experience in preparing and conducting HAZID, HAZOP and Marine Readiness Review meetings
* Previous offshore experience aboard marine & subsea construction and installation vessels including mobilization & demobilization
* Strong ability to adapt to a new professional environment, to integrate into a marine engineering project team while being able to BE highly autonomous and to take initiatives and make proposals.
* You also have a good command of English.
