THE ROLE
Within the Human Resources Department, and reporting to a Senior HRBP, you anticipate, identify and support changes in your entire perimeter and ensure the deployment of the group's HR policy. As a true strategic partner and support to operational staff, you are the privileged point of contact for managers and employees within your perimeter.
RESPONSIBILITIES
· Perfectly integrated and recognized within your perimeter, you provide advice and support to top management, local managers and employees on HR and organizational aspects.
· In this capacity, you will BE a driving force in making HR proposals and will BE able to support the implementation of structuring projects.
· As an HR strategy relay and value creator for your contacts, you will lead the operational implementation of the Group's HR policy in all the departments for which you are responsible.
· You support employees in their individual development and their progress within the Group.
· You will interface with the various departments of the Human Resources Department dedicated to such areas as recruitment, professional training, talent management and the Employee Relations Department.
· Finally, you contribute to the various cross-functional projects specific to the Human Resources Department.
PROFILE AND QUALIFICATIONS
· You have a minimum of 5 years' experience as HRBP
· Exposure to an international, multicultural and demanding environment
· Fluency in English and French
· You know how to lead structuring projects with high exposure (workforce planning, organizational design, etc.)
· Good interpersonal, writing and speaking skills
· Reactivity, ability to take initiatives and analytical skills
