YOUR ROLE

The HRIS Reporting & Data Manager, in strong collaboration with Group HRIS solution team and Group HRIS functional team, supports HR community to define and produce relevant KPI's based on accurate data within the different functional domains (Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, C&B and Learning).

This job can BE based either in Marseille or Puteaux.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

The Group HRIS Reporting & Data missions are :
- Define Reporting & Data architecture aligned with Group HRIS solution leader, global IT and Data Gouv (Snowflake, Qlik sense...)
- Co-design with HR functional and HR controlling team KPI's, generate and analyze HR reports, respect compliance and data privacy principles
- Communicate on KPIs definition
- Co-administrate with HR controlling the Group workforce planning solution (Workday planning)
- Monitor and follow HR data quality : maintaining the accuracy, completeness, and security
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to HR community
- Leverage UX and efficiency with AI

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
- Master degree / Engineer in IT or Sciences
- 7y or more in HRIS within international organization
- Drive for results
- Good level of English and French

Good to have :
- SuccessFactors Certifications
- Knowledge of Logistics and/or shipping
