As the FP&A social controlling analyst, you will report to the FP&A Social Controlling Manager.
Your main focus will BE on sales incentives, in terms of bonus calculation and process improvement, but this scope is evolutive for an ambitious candidate.
You will also support the Social controlling manager in other areas and BE his back up.
We are looking for a financial analyst with strong Excel skills, good ability to communicate with various business partners, and able to deliver results within tight deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Calculate individual sales monthly bonuses for payroll (200+ FTE)
- Create and update human ressources related reporting (headcount evolution, compensation, gender parity index...)
- Improve the current bonus calculation process in terms of productivity and reliability
- Provide monthly bonus accruals to accounting
- Provide detailed inputs regarding bonuses for financial forecasts and budget
- Help sales dIrectors / managers to put in place robust processes for bonus input collection
- BE the main point of contact for bonus calculation related issues with the support of the social controlling manager
- Lead or participate in several improvement projects
Skills/Experience
- 5+ years of experience in finance (social controlling in a data intensive environment is a plus)
- Ability to deliver results in ambiguous environments within tight deadlines
- Ability to earn trusts of operational business partner (Sales mainly)
- Ability to deeply analyze and provide high standards outputs (accuracy, presentation)
- Process improvements, inventing and simplifying administrative processes
Basic Qualifications
Master level in finance or related are data analysis
