The Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team at Qonto is a vital part of our organization, dedicated to ensuring the reliability, availability, and performance of our services. Comprised of 31 skilled professionals, the SRE team is structured into six specialized sub-teams, each focusing on different aspects of our infrastructure and operations.
Within the broader engineering division, 6 engineers work closely with the SRE team in the Engineering Efficiency team, contributing their expertise to enhance our technical capabilities. This collaborative approach allows us to maintain the seamless operation of our services, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and performance. We are currently looking for a passionate and skilled Developer Experience Team Lead to join our team and help us drive the efficiency of our engineering processes.
Mission : As the Developer Experience Team Lead, you will have the unique opportunity to work within a team solely dedicated to improving the efficiency of our developer ecosystem. You will play a crucial role in defining and maintaining the identity of this team, ensuring that our engineers can deliver high-quality work seamlessly.
As a Developer Experience Team Lead at Qonto, you will :
- Team Identity and Value : Help the team establish its identity within Qonto. Ensure the team understands and articulates its value, knows its target, and can precisely define its missions.
- Team Dynamics : Reinvigorate the team to BE dynamic and effective, shipping added value at a sustainable frequency
- Roadmap Development : Develop a clear and ambitious roadmap for the team.
- Project Implementation : Lead ambitious projects, such as streamlining project creation processes.

About You :
- Technical Proficiency : Experience with backend tools and SRE tools. Ability to handle technical projects independently to aid delivery and relieve the team as necessary.
- Leadership and Delegation : Capable of uniting the team around upcoming topics, setting the pace, and adhering to lean practices. Ability to prioritize, manage ETA, and delegate effectively.
- People Management : Nurture team members, ensure work-life balance, and support them in achieving success. Make decisions to ensure the success of individuals and BE present to complete the final steps.
- Experience : Previous management experience as a Lead DEVOPS or as a lead BE. Understanding of the technical and strategic aspects of engineering efficiency.
