Are you ready to join the adventure ?

Today, we are at a turning point in our growth and have recently launched a strategic new business unit aiming at generating more than 50% of papernest revenues within 18 months. This new business unit is now successfully live in France and we are looking for a strong profile to help us scale and expand IT.

INTERNSHIP FROM JANUARY 2025

As the right-hand to Damien, our VP New Business Unit, you will participate in making this BU successful by working on several key challenges of the activity. You will work in close collaboration with our top management and will have the opportunity to address a large diversity of challenges (e.g. strategy, projects, operations, analytics). You role will include :
- Leading some of our key projects and initiatives, notably related to the launch of new products and their scaling
- Performing ad-hoc analyses to help us take the right strategic decisions
- Leading and improving some of our processes to maximize our performance
- Coordinating with other teams (e.g. Data, CRM, Ops) to perform the above

This internship will provide you with a transversal overview of the activity and will touch on many topics related to entrepreneurship, scaling and strategic thinking. IT will help you kickstart your career wherever you would like to continue IT : at papernest, in other startups, in consulting, in funds...
Business or engineering school looking for a final year internship.
Strong analytical profile : we need someone who can slice and dice data, extracting meaningful insights and guiding our strategic decisions.
Good business acumen : got a knack for understanding markets, competition, and strategic moves? You're our hero !
