We are looking for our future Business Development Analyst !
Reporting to the Business
Development Director, you support the Business Development team in spearheading
the growth of our portfolio across various assets classes for Europe.
You will
have the following responsibilities :
Financial modelling :
- Build and
run financial models for development as per the existing internal tools.
- Ensure
cash flow models are accurate, in standard/robust format and reflect realistic
assumptions.
Development :
- Investigate,
research, collect and analyze data and reports on industry, competitors and
specific markets.
all necessary documentation for the elaboration of development proposals.
- Prepare
and finalize reports, presentations and analyses to support the relevant
management levels for approval.
- Responsible
for returns calculation, sensitivities and all analytics.
- Perform
special projects as assigned by Supervisor.
Marketing Development :
- Build and run marketing development strategy in
coordination with internal departments.
- Create and develop supporting materials for marketing
and communication purposes.
- Organize and participate in hospitality and real
estate events to promote Ascott in Europe.
Based at the Ascott Limited
Europe headquarters in Levallois-Perret, you may also have regular local and
international travels.
To hope to BE our perfect match...
- Master/ Degree in Real Estate/
Finance/ Business Administration from leading university, preferably with good
quantitative skills and a foundation in finance and financial analysis.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience with
real estate/ financial institutions/ developer.
- Possess sharp analytical, research, problem
solving skills and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to support negotiating
transactions.
- Resourceful, hands-on and committed to delivering
results, able to prioritize and respond well to changing circumstances and
tight timelines.
- Good knowledge of the dynamics of the marketing
and operational aspects of the hospitality sector.
- Strong team player and able to work
independently and autonomously.
- Proficiency in writing and speaking English.
- Well versed in Office 365 suite
particularly Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Comfort interacting with
all levels of personnel and at ease with different cultures in Europe.
